Work, Health and Safety Policy
Tiger Tek is committed to providing workplaces where our people including contractors and business partners are physically and psychologically safe, healthy, and well. We apply risk management principles with a focus on eliminating hazards, and where that is not possible, ensuring that risk is managed within agreed tolerability levels. This is achieved through the ongoing review and improvement of risk including risk assessments for material and critical safety risks and the identiﬁcation and active management of critical controls associated with these.
We are firmly committed to a policy enabling all work activities to be carried out safely and with all possible measures taken to remove (or at least reduce) risks to the health, safety and welfare of workers, contractors, authorised visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our operations. We are committed to ensuring we comply with the Work Health and Safety Act 2020, the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2020 and applicable Codes of Practice and Australian Standards.

Information, instruction, training and supervision that is necessary to ensure that each team members is safe from injury

Emergency response programs at workplace to ensure the business is well prepared to respond to an incident and/or an emergency.
Continually improve its WH&S system materials through predetermined targets and objectives.
All team members has an obligation to:
Comply with safe work practices,WHS instructions and follow the workplace’s WHS policies and procedures
Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others
Comply with any direction given by management for health and safety
Not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety
Report all accidents,incidents, all known or observed hazards to supervisor or manager
All staff and contractors should treat each other with respect and courtesy in the workplace.
