- A general purpose coating for water proofing and protecting surfaces. It is reinforced with rubber latex to provide flexibility and increased strength. Bondall Water Based Bituminous Membrane can be used for retaining walls, planter boxes, roofs, gutters and down pipes and in most instances where water proofing is required from the positive side. This product is safe for contact with drinking water and is suitable for immersed situations e.g. ponds, water features etc
